My newest Interview is life. I got to chat with Zephyr whom I met on a Mindvalley Quest. We have connected and started chatting only to realise that we have many interests in common. Please enjoy this talk that goes a lot back and forth. This interview is the 1st of at least two as we couldn't bring all in that we wanted in one take.
And sorry for the interruptions from my kids. I have been home with them and even-though they promised not to disturb ... You might hear them here and there
Zephyr lives in Singapore and is a mind-body-spirit healer, musician, and sports coach. Best described as an open and friendly man that loves to talk and inspire others with truth.
Before the age of 14/15 he was rather closed as they were an immigrant family in Singapore and tried to fit in. After that he started to open up more and more. His open approach helps him to connect with people that many might not think of connecting, creates business opportunities, human connection and a general good feeling.
His colour is turquoise. It’s a colour that is appearing and reappearing many times in his life. As a child he loved to find spiders that where turquoise coloured. His sign is scorpio a water sign, and he had a few visualisations and other spiritual techniques where turquoise was very dominate. His spiritual colour.
His secret is being more lazy than many think and putting self care at 1st position.
Daily earthing, grounding and taking time to exercise as well as having his weekly foot massage are basics for his well being. Then only from a well self can you help others the most.
During this interview we went back and forth, left and right and talked about many things.

- His Experience of university choice. Being Engineer and instead working and selling Chinese Medicine
- His father wanting him to have a degree

Spirituality:
We got to talk about his spirituality and that he already as child felt that there was more than the eye can see. Only a few years ago Zephyr started to understand that others called him crazy sometimes only meant that he could sense, see and feel things others are less in-tune with.

Advice:
“It’s not about you” Get out of your head make it about customers, family members and other people. When doing so you’ll be serving yourself too as all you give will come back to you.
