#047 - Duncan Swatton - How the worst day can turn into a blessing

Duncan Swatton was born in the UK and moved at the age of 16 to Antigua in the Caribbean. His life was not easy and when his best friend took his life he realised that he needs to change something. His sister Zoe presented him the solution and now he is the Co-Owner of Intuitive Fitness & Intuitive Sport with his sister and helps change the live from customers around the world.

He describes himself as: Fun; loves and enjoys life laughing. Wide range of jokes. A bit extroverted.

  • Carrying: World needs more helping people.
  • Coaching. Tries to get the best out of people. Treat your body and mind right. Using his learning to teach

Colour: Tie-Dye, rainbow colour. Duncan gets his Inspiration from many sources and works on being adaptable. Enjoys to learn from many sources by exposing himself to people with completely different opinions in the search of “Finding what is true to you”. From Bob Procter, Louise Hay to the more Alpha males like David Goggins, Gary V. or Tony Robbins.

A part of you not many know. A habit, mindset that has helped you to grow.

Talking to a spiritualist. She helps him to learn to grow on that path. Duncan describes spirituality that we are all one. That we should treat each other good, ourselves and the nature. Be the best you can to help others if you do or not agree with each other. If you don’t share an opinion there is not a right or wrong.
