Govind shares an example from a client on his relationship issues that goes back to the early pregnancy stages of his mom with him. A very old action his client couldn't know of but Govind could help him with his knowledge from Ayurveda, Yoga and Astrology.

Ayurveda uses opposite elements to balance ones health. For example if you add more air to a fire it will start to burn hotter. When you reduce the air, so will the fire automatically reduce its heat too.

We learn about breathing practice too. If you are a person with lots of fire, anger and are most likely also control oriented then you have too much air in your system, because you are too much in the head. Having too many thoughts. By learning to let them go your anger and irritation will be reduced. By calming the mind you'll be calming the air. Breath work, like pranayama and others, can help greatly with that. Calm breathing can be very annoying and irritating for a restless person. But it is very useful. Stay with the practice for at least 10 days and overcome the irritation. Another tip is to use oily baths, or a drop of oil on the skin.
